Lilly Agenda

These have been on the Lilly website for about 2 days now and I've already pre-ordered mine. Who's surprised? (Answer: no one should be).  It literally took me the full 2 days and a 90 minute Skype session with Emma to decide which one to get. The little ones were out right away because I can barely fit my schedule into the large one I had this year. The jumbo's were a little too much of a commitment, so that left the larges and the new plastic cover ones. I ended up with the pink alligator one, although it was a tough call between that and the sailboat one. 

My 2011-2012 Lilly agenda has not left my side since I bought it in Nantucket last summer. I literally remind myself to do everything in it. It was especially helpful during pledging and finals over the winter. Even now I use it to coordinate my work schedule with trips to the Cape. I have friends that don't use agenda books and I don't understand how they manage to get anything done-- especially at school it's an absolute must have.

Summer Whites

First day back in Wellesley and went a little crazy at the Natick Mall. I was planning on treating myself to a "congratulations-on-not-dropping-out-of-Syracuse" gift in the form of the striped St. James shirts I posted about last week, but they were so disappointingly bland and unshapely in real life.  On the plus side, for the first time in a while I was successful at Madewell! I finally broke down and bought these white jeans:

I tried this on and walked out of the store without it but I wound up going back for it.

 

With gold Jack Rogers or the gold Lilly wedges it's the perfect summer dress for dinners out, graduation parties, and shopping on Nantucket. 

 

Not Ready to Leave

I can't believe it. Freshman year is over in 2 days. Two finals left and I am gone. 

I don't even want to leave anymore, I love it so much now. I am going to miss the house, spending hours at Bleu Monkey, walking to Starbucks, the view from day8, I am even going to miss complaining about Graham, walking down two flights of stairs to 603, the pizza troll, runs down Euclid and Ostrom. Seriously who am I right now getting nostalgic about this year that I hated up until four months ago? I am already having mini panic attacks about all of my friends graduating next year. At this point, if I get into Newhouse, great, if not, I know I don't need it anymore to be happy here. I survived a Syracuse "winter" and an entire year away from home. I am so glad to be leaving on a note where I actually WANT to come back, I am so excited about the things to come! 

The start of our winning friendship! Never thought it was possible to have so much in common with someone, we are the same person and I absolutely love it, seriously don't think we can go a whole summer without hanging out.

MACKENZIEEEEE beyond excited to be living with you next year! No distance between the three best friends.
